1. Control over font size -atm the font size is quite large and would love control over it to reduce the size and get more text on screen
2. further to getting more info on screen, what about a landscape mode whereby you can see the date the ticket was submitted as well or the ability to select columns to display ?
3. Ability to manage multiple helpdesks. The settings screen only allows entering credentials / api details for one helpdesk, we run 2 helpdesks and I am sure others may as well
I hope you will consider adding some / all of the functionality in above in an update as I am sure more sales would result
