New IP address

Hi My organisation has H2 desk and we want to move it to a new server - different IP.
How do I go about getting a new key please?

Which version do you have?

Hi Neran the version is
3.3 (Build 3.3.3.2)

It's an old version, it's licensing mechanism is no longer supported. It might work under the same domain with a different IP but if not, you'll have to upgrade your license.

Hi Neran I upgraded the licence but I'm getting the error:
"Invalid license key. Please check the LICENSE in settings.php. Also make sure that you are running the software on the same host name that you generated your license key for (83.141.112.171)"

Looks like you're using the new key with the old installation?
You have to upgrade in order to use it.
